This position is for an experienced Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) who provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to an assigned Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). The LOA plays a critical role in managing the loan pipeline, coordinating loan activities, maintaining communication with borrowers and referral partners, and ensuring an efficient mortgage process from application through closing.
Tri City National Bank offers a full suite of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHLBC, FHA, VA, WHEDA, Portfolio ARMs, Single Close Construction, HELOC, HELOAN, ARM, and Bridge loans. The LOA serves as an extension of the MLO, helping deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, Bank policies, and procedures.
