The Loan Application Systems Administrator will coordinate the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of loan application systems ensuring they meet organizational needs and performance standards of Tri City National Bank.  This role will support users throughout the bank utilizing all loan application systems including FIS IBS, MeridianLink Consumer, MeridianLink Mortgage, MeridianLink Mortgage Access, among others. This individual will be a key member on project teams responsible for the selection and implementation of various new products and services.

 

This position is on-site at our Operations Center located in West Allis, WI

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with Product Owners to align systems with overall bank strategy.
  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems.
  • Responsible for developing, deploying and supporting systems through the entire life cycle.
  • Works closely with other business units to design, upgrade, support, train and implement system enhancements or releases of assigned software platforms.
  • Coordinates requests for troubleshooting and resolving issues with assigned software platforms from internal and external users in a timely manner through a centralized ticketing system.
  • Works with Training to ensure all new system features and functionality are properly trained and documented.
  • Works collaboratively with management team to design process, workflows and functional components to improve efficiencies and recommend improved utilizations of assigned applications.
  • Maintains a working relationship with Product Owners to ensure systems under management meet strategic objectives.
  • Works closely with IT and other third parties to ensure systems are configured, understood, and can support process and experience improvements.
  • Reporting to the Enterprise Project Manager – works on current systems under management and is a key team member on projects that impact processes or experiences.
  • Works with business units to ensure proper Change Management as they relate to existing workflows and processes.
  • Develops and enhances reporting reflecting the use of the applications. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Loan Operations or Servicing experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of general banking compliance laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including word and excel.
