We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Processing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our commercial loan processing department. In this role, you’ll ensure commercial loans are processed, documented, and funded accurately and on time, while staying compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

 

Compensation: $80,000+ depending on experience. 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the commercial loan processing team, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure efficient and accurate loan processing.
• Maintain and improve policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
• Review audit findings and address any discrepancies or quality concerns.
• Oversee SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) control processes and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage all aspects of commercial loan programs, including documentation, compliance, and reporting.
• Ensure new loans are set up accurately and in accordance with all guidelines.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges and improve service.
• Provide regular productivity and performance updates to senior management.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial loan processing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
