As a Bank Manager, you will lead a team to create positive customer experiences by understanding their financial needs and recommending the right products. You’ll coach, inspire, and grow your team while driving branch profitability and customer growth.

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments while following bank policies.  
  • Share knowledge of bank products, services, and procedures with both customers and your team.  
  • Manage all cash operations (vault, ATM, teller variations).  
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.  
  • Coach and develop employees, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.  
  • Ensure branch security, compliance, and audit readiness.  
  • Make decisions on policy exceptions while managing risk for the bank.  
  • Maintain a professional attitude and team spirit.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in branch operations.  
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.  
  • Knowledge of banking policies and procedures.  
  • Ethical team player with attention to detail.  
  • Willingness to travel and work Saturdays as needed.
